People are incredibly important at NavVis and we seek a passionate and motivated colleague to help us take our Technical Recruiting to the next level. Help us rewrite the playbook on how employees for our tech positions are found, challenged, and retained at a successful high-tech startup!
You will work on:
  • Building a strong tech talent pipeline and helping hiring and retaining skilled employees for our tech teams
  • Sourcing and networking online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best tech professionals
  • Coordinating with Tech team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs 
  • Assessing skill level and managing the offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations and offer acceptance/declines
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and initiative implementation around our employer branding strategy within the Munich Tech Scene
  • Innovative ideas for candidate interviewing, employee on-boarding and people development
  • Driving your own projects at a very early stage with the support of a great team!

You have:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a talent acquisition role, ideally in a Tech company
  • Study and/or work abroad experience that allows you to strongly value and tell a great story around the absolute benefit of diversity to a growing organization
  • Completed studies with a great academic track record in business, personnel management, or communications
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for tech roles
  • Interest in tech that gives you a passion for our technology and appreciation for the great opportunities that a young, hungry, international and innovative startup can offer its employees
  • Strong sourcing capabilities leveraging Boolean searches, job boards, and social media
  • Awesome communication and influencing skills
  • Project management skills and attention to detail
  • Fluency in English, German not a must
