We’re looking for an energetic and data-driven digital marketer to join our marketing team. Reporting into the Global Head of Marketing in this role, you will become an expert on our buying audiences in order to define and lead our global inbound marketing strategy towards a steady lead generation across our main commercial regions (EMEA, US and China) as well as managing all aspects of marketing automation.
The ideal candidate will bring experience in website optimization, marketing automation for lead nurturing and a track record in running and measuring multi-channel campaigns across a number of different audiences in the B2B tech space. You will be able to influence our global marketing strategy as well as roll up your sleeves to execute on it. You will be comfortable working cross-functionally with teams like design, content, events, sales and product.  Our environment is fast-paced and requires someone who is detail-oriented and comfortable working effectively in a deadline-driven environment.

You will work on:
  • Inbound Marketing
    • Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.)
    • Optimize NavVis’ content reach by syndicating, promoting and repurposing all content so that we can feed our well-established marketing funnels
    • Own the website and its continuous optimization, managing an agency to design and launch new landing sites and website sections to support our global campaigns
    • SEO/SEM strategy to attract website visitors
  • Marketing Automation 
    • Oversee and implement all automated marketing campaigns including lead scoring practices to enable higher conversions of quality leads 
    • Carrying out A/B testing on automated marketing campaigns to maximize results 
    • Segmenting audiences and optimizing campaigns to increase effectiveness
  • Digital Marketing Campaigns
    • Creating, managing, and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns leveraging SEO, social, inbound marketing, email and events to drive customer acquisition.
    • Create monthly reports containing a robust description of monthly activity, suitable advice and recommendations and a clear summary of performance against the key performance indicators and metrics
You have:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in B2B technology companies leading digital marketing, inbound marketing, marketing automation and/or marketing operations
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with inbound marketing and marketing automation
  • Demonstrated experience in running multichannel, end-to-end digital marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrated proficiency with HubSpot (or similar tools eg. Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot)
You are:
  • Strong analytical and forecasting skills
  • Ability to think strategically while being hands on, organized and extremely detail-oriented
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs and prioritize towards results and overall business success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English-language business writing.

We will be thrilled if you have:
  • HTML/CSS hands-on experience is an advantage
  • Outbound Marketing and Account Based Marketing experience
  • Marketing operations experience in managing our global contact databases, ensuring continuous optimization between HubSpot and Sales CRM
