Our mission is to create software solutions for mapping entire buildings and creating realistic 3D representations such as maps, point clouds and panoramic images, based on cutting-edge technology in the area of robotics. We are a very international team and if you feel at home with software engineering and want to build something that finally makes indoors digital, this is the right place for you!
You will work on:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for NavVis employees seeking technical assistance
  • Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided though our IT Service Desk platform
  • Maintain PC's and peripherals including printers
  • Prepare hardware, software and networking configuration for new users
  • Troubleshooting of hardware / software issues for PC, mobile devices and network devices
  • Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures
  • Record, track and document issues
You have:
  • Proven experience as a help desk technician
  • Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products
  • Experience with operating systems (Windows, Linux or macOS)
  • Very good understanding of IT systems and applications
  • A passion in tackling and solving technical issues
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in English
We will be thrilled if you have:
  • Command-line experience with Linux
  • JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket experience
  • Active Directory basic management
  • Office 365 experience
