As a Global Head of Marketing, you lead a world-class, data-driven B2B marketing function and a global brand at one of Germany's top high-tech startups! Further, you will be a part of a diverse collaborative senior leadership team comprising of leading engineers from the Technical University of Munich and colleagues previously at Facebook, Zendesk, Microsoft and McKinsey. You will work on:
  • Global strategic and operational ownership of our B2B brand in an exciting and fast-growing market
  • Leading & growing the existing team of specialists in product marketing, digital & lead generation, field, event, content, design & video functions
  • Deeply understanding customer personas in our target markets (digital factory and laser scanning professionals,) using the personas to develop tailored customer persona journeys and sharing these insights in our company
  • Thought-partnering with our Global Sales and Enterprise Project Management teams to further develop the sales enablement effort to help us win deals and achieve customer success by executing an excellent and consistent customer experience throughout the customer journey
  • Collaborating with our Solution Factory team to tease out the best case studies, customer references, ROI insights from our top customers & weaving these into inspirational marketing stories
  • Driving our marketing tool landscape and increasing transparency, measurability, & scalability
  • Sourcing and managing the best external marketing support possible
  • Working together with the founders and leadership team to be the global leader in indoor spacial intelligence
  • Documenting ways of working, best practice, research, insight & templates into a tailored marketing playbook
You have:
  • A fantastic track record in data-driven marketing – ideally in B2B
  • An incredibly hands-on approach
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with the latest and greatest methods and tools in the space (i.e. hubspot, crm)
  • A client-first style, allowing you to develop customer intimacy with our clients (both enterprise and partner)
  • People leadership experience (recruiting, developing, and managing a diverse team)
  • Awesome communication, listening, and presentation skills
  • A global growth mindset
  • A very strong academic track record
You are:
