You will work on:
  • Owning, driving, and implementing high-impact business initiatives and strategic projects, working closely with our CEO as his Right Hand, such as OKRs, the design of new managerial methods and subsequent trainings, investor relations-related projects, or negotiating and project-managing joint research projects with other leading tech companies
  • Collaborating closely with NavVis' CTO and CFO on their most important topics related to various business units, specific clients, investment funding rounds, or cross-team objectives
  • Balancing big-picture thinking with intense execution
  • Gaining insights on how to run a business and learning how to take the perspectives of various stakeholders (i.e. CEO, Investors, Team Leads, employees, and target customers)
  • Taking the near-term opportunity for operational responsibility to build and lead a team in new task areas we are creating
You have:
  • A Master’s Degree or MBA from a leading university 
  • Ideally 3 years+ in Management Consulting, Global Project Management or a similar role with a fast-growing tech company where you managed (enterprise) client relationships or high-level negotiations and/or drove cross-functional projects to implementation 
  • A passion for collaborative problem-solving, active listening, failing fast, changing gears and trying again, and driving a project or initiative to completion 
  • Fantastic presentation, facilitation and project leadership skills 
  • Natural empathy and influencing skills, to keep everyone moving in the right direction
  • Love of (our) technology and passion for its broad applications
  • Native-like fluency in English and German
