The Customer Experience Team at NavVis is an interdisciplinary group of technical account managers, engineers, service designers and product managers. Our mission is to design and provide an outstanding service experience, to collect and analyze user insights, and to put these insights into practice together with our development teams. As an intern or working student in Pricing Strategy, you will work closely with our user education and pricing specialists to develop a pricing strategy for NavVis' face-to-face and virtual training portfolio.
You will work on:
  • Developing a pricing strategy for NavVis' training portfolio for global B2B clients (blue chip to SMEs)
  • Analyzing cost structures, competitors, and industry prices
  • Collecting and analyzing customer feedback
  • Implementing the pricing strategy for day-to-day operations
  • Presenting the pricing strategy internally to Sales and Technical Account Managers
  • Coordinating your work with our Customer Experience, Sales, and Business Teams
You have:
  • In-progress Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration, Technology Management, Economics, Consumer Affairs, or similar
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in quantitative and qualitative research
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and high affinity to business strategy and development
  • Fun working with a young, international, and interdisciplinary team!
You are:
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong communicator with great listening skills 
  • Passionate about technology and business 
We will be thrilled if you have:
  • SQL skills 
  • Experience with pricing strategy
