You will work on:
  • Generalist role including business-partnering, talent acquisition, learning & development.
  • Taking responsibility for specific, functional teams at NavVis and being the responsible person for recruiting, employee development, business-partnering on various employment topics as well as thought-partnering with the respective Team Leads and MDs
  • Working together with our Global People Team to continuously improve and develop new people processes including the candidate experience, interviewing, on-boarding, 360 degree feedback, yearly people committees, employee engagement & satisfaction and learning& development
  • Owning and driving cross-team project(s) with company-wide impact and exposure 
  • Providing advice and guidelines on HR policies and legal matters to team members of all levels
  • Keeping a global perspective on recruiting and people development initiatives to ensure close collaboration and alignment with our growing teams in the US & China
  • Using your emotional intelligence and active listening skills to support NavVis colleagues at all levels, helping us to make this company an awesome place to work!
You have:
  • 2 years+ experience in a talent acquisition, learning & development and/or HR management functions
  • Completed studies with a great academic track record in business, personnel management, or communications
  • Study and/or work abroad experience that allows you to strongly value and tell a great story around the absolute benefit of diversity to a growing organization
  • Good working knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
  • Interest in tech that gives you a passion for our technology and appreciation for the great opportunities that a hungry, international and innovative startup can offer its employees
  • Awesome communication and influencing skills
  • Project management skills and attention to detail
  • Fluency in English and German
