The Customer Experience Team at NavVis is an interdisciplinary group of technical account managers, engineers, service designers and product managers. Our mission is to design and provide an outstanding service experience, to collect and analyze user insights, and to put these insights into practice together with our development teams. As an intern or working student in Business Intelligence, you will work closely with our Business team to deliver content for the Customer Experience team on our services, products, and customers' success.
You will work on:
  • Maintaining and further developing our current customer success analytics landscape
  • Reviewing and optimizing processes embedded in existing business tools
  • Assessing and selecting appropriate analytics tools to be used by over 140 employees spread over multiple legal entities and countries
  • Driving implementation and configuration of analytics tools for generating dynamic reports
  • Consulting on KPIs for multiple customer success and experience activities from user education to support
  • Conducting data analysis for strategic business decisions 
You have:
  • An information systems, industrial engineering, computer science or similar university degree in progress
  • Outstanding analytical skills
  • Strong Excel modeling experience
  • Good SQL knowledge
  • Experience with structuring complex matters
  • Strong communication and listening skills
We will be thrilled if you have:
  • Worked on implementing new processes or tools in the past
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Power BI or similar
  • Programming experience
