​The Enterprise Project Management Team is a newly founded unit that focuses on the management of our software and hardware solution projects for our Enterprise clients. The team consists of project management experts that have a deep track record in managing complex global enterprise projects with various internal and external stakeholders. As a working student you will help us set up our project management infrastructure and you will support our lead projects in order to achieve our highly ambitious growth agenda. ​
You will work on:
  • Backoffice support for our software and hardware solution projects with our Enterprise clients, which are often global industrial companies in the automotive or manufacturing sectors
  • Hands-on support of our experienced project managers for selected lead projects – including potential on-site support
  • Design and creation of project management tools and templates, such as project portfolio, project blueprint, phase model and quality gate check list, project calculation and scoping tool
  • Support training of the NavVis organization on the Enterprise Project Management processes, tools and templates
You have:
  • In-progress Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Natural Science
  • Experience in project work (e.g., working in a project office) and you have knowledge on program and project management infrastructure
  • Strong command of Microsoft Power Point and Excel - additional knowledge in Atlassian Confluence is beneficial
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and you can break down complex issues into an easy-to-understand structure
  • Quick learning skills and the willingness to dig into a new software tool if necessary – on top you are passionate about technology and business
  • Lots of energy to come up with new ideas that help us structure our business efficiently and you have a hands-on mentality
  • Fun working with a young, international, and interdisciplinary team!
  • Fluency in English, German preferred
