​The Customer Experience Team at NavVis is an interdisciplinary group of engineers, designers, writers and business builders. Our mission is to design and provide an outstanding service experience, to collect and analyze user insights and to put these insights into practice together with our development teams.

As an intern/working student for Service Design in our User Education Team, you will design new training material for both online and face-to-face trainings for all NavVis customers. You are eager to drive customer success and learning experience, and to deliver outstandingly designed learning materials? Then apply now!​

You will work on:
  • Creating a coherent look and feel for NavVis learning materials together with our UX team
  • Independently creating educational content for NavVis customers
  • Designing and implementing layouts and graphics for web and print
  • Conducting user research and helping our team understand our users' needs
  • Helping out with interdisciplinary projects with the NavVis Design & Engineering, UX Design and Marketing teams
You have:
  • In-progress Bachelor or Master Degree in Service Design, Graphic or Interaction Design, Psychology, Education, Human Factors Engineering or similar
  • Top communication skills to translate complexity into simple explanation
  • Detail-oriented approach to design and a strong sense of aesthetics
  • Working knowledge of graphic design software (CreativeCloud, Figma, etc.)
  • Experience with different user research methods
  • Empathy to understand a heterogeneous group of customers
  • Lots of energy to come up with new ideas and drive independent projects
  • Passion for our technology!
We will be thrilled if you have:
  • Some basic HTML/CSS/JS knowledge
