You will work on:
  • Preparing weekly/monthly/quarterly financial & operation reports for the China business
  • Managing external agencies related to business operations including sales, logistics, finance & personnel matters
  • Collaborating with local & Germany HQ functions to land key initiatives
  • Planning different team-building and office happiness events as well as external client meetings
  • Arranging and coordinating internal and external meetings, and travel for our Managing Director for China
  • Handling emails, setting up meetings, and owning general correspondence 
  • Supporting the NavVis Team Leader group on a variety of tasks
You have:
  • A Bachelor's degree in business-related field
  • 2 years+ experience as an Operation Specialist in a professional services environment, working with members of the company leadership team
  • Great attention to detail 
  • Extremely good interpersonal and organizational skills + the ability to work both in an independent and team-oriented environment
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Very good written and oral communication skills
  • Fantastic customer service attitude
  • Great ability to prioritize and demonstrate time-management skills in your work
  • Dependable, a proactive self-starter, showing excellent judgement, and able to deal professionally with confidential information
  • Business-fluent English
  • Work authorization for Shanghai
